This sounds like a homework question. We can't ethically just give an answer.

But picture a globe in your mind. Think about that and you ought to be able to perceive two obvious divisions.

What two things make up the surface of Earth?

One makes up about 70%, the other about 30%.

One has lots of fish in it. One has lots of people walking about.
