Yes I would and yes I have. Delicious. Married an Italian gentleman who really liked them and I llearned to cook them to his taste. His grandmother taught me how. I don't know why people say they taste like chicken - but then there are folk that say alligator tastes like chicken. The have their own mild flavour & I usually make them - lots of them - when the family visits over the holiday. Although I am not Italian nor raised Italian, I love it when these women all move right into the kitchen and they think it's great when I make the frogs legs. They laugh, joke (sometimes about their men) all adore their children & families. They dig right in nothing in my kitchen is sacred to them in order to make the salads & dressings and pastas and desserts each to their expertise. I wouldn't dare prepare the entire meal for these folk because they would be insulted if they couldn't participate and enjoy each other while the men take care of the children and watch the football/soccer/hockey etc. The older children are all in the kitchen boys as well & girls watching, learning, contributing. I have a large kitchen with lots of counter space and seems empty and lonely without them in it.

My friend did at a Chinese buffet in Holland and regrets it now. Not long after eating them she leapt out of her chair, which made us all jump as she looked a bit green and ran to the loo where she shouted for God down the big white trumpet.

No. The yellow fungified toenails put me off the whole idea.
I have to be careful though, as I'm half british and they say brits will eat anything thats between slices of bread.

Sorry, Kermie...I already have. It was on some ship when I was a teen ager and my a-hole brother egged me on.
Just so you know, they taste like chicken (cliche, but true) and since they do, I will just eat chicken from now on. You are safe.

Been there done that. Not a fan. It does not taste like chicken either.......so don't fall for that one. How about you Kermit.....ever eat human legs?
