It was very easy, there were not as many people. I could live without one now. I lost mine.

There was a different world back then. The demands of society never included having a communications device in your back pocket wherever you went.
Fact is, the thought never even crossed anybody's mind to have anything like that.
It was not difficult to live without a mobile phone. You can't miss something you never had.

Well, as someone who grew up in the 1970's and 1980's I can say we did perfectly well.
Frankly, I feel like cells are ball and chains. When I have one with me I feel like I cannot escape people.
People act like it was the dark ages back then or something....we all managed to survive just fine.
