That is a matter of opinion.
But in my opinion there is no contest Smallville is the best, I wouldn't even watch One Tree Hill it doesn't interest me.

This is a hard question because I like them both. I am going to say One Tree Hill only because I cannot wait to see how things have changed for the characters after college.

that's kind of hard to choose since both are completely different...One Tree Hill is more of a regular drama where Smallville is more of a scifi-drama...they both have completely different storylines so I guess it's just a matter of opinion
I watch OTH and loved it...I've seen Smallville a few times and I think it's pretty good

I would say one tree hill, i mean i watch them both but at the moment i think that smallville is a bit pointless because i think that they may have dragged the show on to long. oh and also because i love one tree hill. =]
