Check ur mail configuration, may be u have selected to use LAN connection always.
If ur wireless internet service provider is different, then they r not allowing ur SMTP address to pass through. If this is the case, find out their smtp address and u will be able to use that.

If you are able to surf the web, this verifies that your PC's WiFi is working properly. If not, and assuming your Wireless router is configured properly, call your ISP.
If connected, your problem is:
You are trying to use Outlook Express for Email and it isn't configured properly. Again, talk to your ISP.
But, these are TWO totally different problems. (THREE, if your router isn't working properly. RTFM)
