I'm not even going to name any names, but we all know who they are. They put out one or two pathetic albums, then disappear, never to be heard from again.

Record companies are just looking to make buck off Artists. Thats it. Because they lend Artists outrageous adavances
( fancy term for a loan you have to pay back to record company after you sell your CDS).

Unfortunately, people buy the crap and give the bands publicity. Music is a real business and you have to make a living too. Bands need to make more quality albums like they used to back in the 70's and the 80s'. Now that's REAL music! =)

That's the way it's always gonna be until people wake up & realize what real talent is, those bands are just fads, gone as quickly as they came. The record labels & general audience shouldn't even waste their time with bands that have no chance of making it in the first place.

Self-explanatory. Crap sells and labels like to make money. I don't blame the labels quite as much as the listening public. Should people raise their standards, the rest will fall into place.

idk, some people may like them for those one or two albums, and when they're not famous anymore...move onto another alternative band.
