At home, you need an ISP AND a Wireless router. Read the PC User Manual to learn more.

When not at home, you may be able to find "WiFi Hotspots" locally that you can use to get on-line. Some free, some not.

If someone close enough to you has a wireless network set up you might be able to access it...Your computer must be capable of doing this via a wireless card or usb adapter....There are allot of software out there now that are designed to find and locate wifi hot spots where you can get a signal for free.....But the downfall to this is security....

Go to cafes with free wireless internet like starbucks or costa

As long as you get a signal which is not locked with a key (Lock icon) then you can connect to it but it might be illegal..

Hope this helps

as long as you can receive a signal and it's not security enabled, you should be able to connect.....many places have access points for people to use while they are there.....there's even a McDonalds here that you can use
