I like "The Lake House".

Great movies too hard to choose just one so I'll start with the Speed/Speed 2 that blasted her career and since then I have watched anything she stars in just to enjoy her incredible talent. The Lake House has a high vote too since she and Kenau Reeves were already a match made in heaven in Speed.
