Yes, it can. You will need a Wireless router and a USB or PCI WiFi card for your PC.

Many Router manufacturers and / or computer stores sell them as a bundle, to ensure both are from the same company (like D-Link) to ensure compatibility.

Not a problem...Just pick up a USB wireless adapter and once it's installed it'll work for you. I wouldn't recommend an internal card since it limits your range.

Use one wireless pci card. Get one with an external antenna for maximum signal strength.
