The deciding factor:

Terry's career average of .341, compared to Jeter's .317.

I would leave off Bill Terry. Nolan Ryan is defintely in their and Derek Jeter is too. Jeter is sure to hit 3,000 in 4 or 5 years.

I would leave off Bill Terry. Jeter will be ahead of Terry in almost every category by the time he is finished

Nolan Ryan is an easy keeper and Jeter will be at 3000 hits in a few years so you'd be hard pressed not to keep him if you had to. I don't think he's a top 100 now, but Ryan is a top 10.
