Eric, I think that you definatley should ask her for her phone number. You can either do it in a note, which would be easier for you, or tell her in person which would impress her for your bravery. I know that it will be hard, but trust me, if you really like her, you should go for it. I say that you should go up to her and say... "Hi ____ I know it's almost christmas time, and with break comeing and all, we wont see each other very much.. so can I call you over break?" Also, dont worry about sounding nerveous. We think it's cute. Or you could buy her somthing she would like (roses, necklace, etc.) and put a card on it and inside you can put "___ I really like you a lot. Can I call you over break?" That would be sweet ^_^ Hope this helps!!!
