ok, isnt the award most VALUABLE player? I mean, Brady is having a fantastic year, but is he really the most valuable to his team? Favre has carried the packers to 10- 2! nobody saw that coming. So, doesn't he deserve a little recognition for that?

He does deserve recognition for his accomplishments this year bu it might not be in the form of MVP honors.

I think there are at least 3 guys for which one could make a strong case for MVP. Brady obviously is having an amazing year. As you said, Favre is vital to his team's unexpected success. I also think Tony Romo deserves a nod in this discussion. The Cowboys too are having a year no one anticipated. I expect Brady will win it but he has some good competition in Favre and Romo.

Considering supporting cast you do have a point, Favre has done much more with much less than Brady and Romo. How about AD? Where are the Vikings right now without him? Not looking at a possible playoff berth, that's for damn sure

he is deserving but he will not get it because he is not the best player on the best team thats who it always goes to which is wrong but thats how the nfl does it

farve only plays when his team is winning. when they start to lose he conveniently hurts his hand or arm....it is the rest of the players that make the team good. not just the dummy throwing the ball.
