No problem. As long as there's nothing smaller
on the circuit than the #14's you're fine.
#14 copper wire is OK if protected at 15A.
The larger #12s are OK all the way up to 20A.,
there's no prohibiton on using the larger wire.

This situation is not a problem as long as you use the 15 amp breaker. 14-2 wire is not acceptable for 20 amp breakers.
