You buy everything from a foodservice distributor. Very few places have real chefs nor do they develop much, if any of their own recipes. Just contact the SYSCO marketing associate in your area. They can supply you with just about EVERYTHING. This includes restaurant and kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, menus, both ready to heat and ready to serve foodstuffs, and even credit card processing. All you need to do is get a building, the proper local food service permits and a staff. They are complete and very high quality.
