Call the bank Immediately!, If this is not possible, note the time, location (usually on your ticket). Would help to have a witness or 2; then call the bank as soon as you can.

You might also tell anyone in line behind you to watch out for the same thing, or even put a sign on the machine.

Having said that, I have THOUGHT I was shorted several times because new bills tend to stick together. a little effort proved that I wasn't.

yea, don't stress - just call the bank on Monday. They account for every cent, when their ATM doesn't balance they'll know what happened - but you'll save them some time and energy if you tell them when it happened and what amount you were shorted. Also, you may not have been the only one short changed- it could be a malfunction with the machine itself so be prepared to give them a few days to reconcile things. I hope it wasn't too much $$

Call the bank as soon as possible and let them know the situation. They usually empty the ATM machines twice a week and if they are over the amount they should be they will know what account to credit the money to. This happened to me on a Saturday. I called Monday morning and my money was credited to my account on Wednesday.

Ram it with my truck til it breaks, then take the correct change plus whatever damage the machine did to my truck. But not a dollar more!

j/k

Call the bank where it happened ASAP. If your bank is different, call them too. They have detection systems and I'd bet you'll get your money back.

If the bank is open, GO INSIDE!!! tell the guy behind you what happened!! so HE dont get shortchanged too....AND you might need him for a witness!
Make a note of the time, date, etc and KEEP THE RECIEPTS..they will have your photo, etc, so they will have it all...make sure yours is accurate! best of luck!
