If you want, it is still in transition. You may be able to transfer your 4 year degree to the US. Then you can take a two year program to advance the degree to the level of a Pharm. D. Check out the NABP, it should tell you.

If it is a post 2003 degree, than it is not recognized. You need a minimum of a 5 year degree. However, some state pharmacy boards are willing to waive that requirement if you can prove certain things.

I believe it's 4 years undergrad, and an additional 3 years in pharmacy school.

That is true. In the US, it is now the PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree. It takes about 6 years.
