He should get fired. He is the worst GM in the game by far. I will say there is a 1% chance he will be fired. I wonder do the owners of the Lions even care about winning games? I say No, and it seems that no matter what Millen does it is somehow OK with the Detroit organization.

Matt Millen is as safe as can be.

He has a brown nose, and can point a finger faster than a Ford Mustang can get off the line! It is amazing that no one has figured out that when you keep blaming all those around you for all the problems, maybe it means that you have the problem!

But I hear his extension contract is as unbreakable as the SuperBowl Ring William Clay Ford has.

OOOPS, oh yea, that's right, William Clay Ford does not have a Superbowl ring, because the Lions have NEVER been to a SuperBowl.

Maybe WCF can buy one on eBay.

I've never understood why people put so much blame on a man who isn't on the field, or even coaching, but it's hard to argue against his terrible draft choices and the fact that the Lions have the worst 6-year winning percentage since the early '80s' Bucs teams
probably 80-90% chance he'll be fired. The Fords aren't SO stupid they'd continue to keep him...are they?

Hes made some questionable calls yet finally this is the vendors fault. it relatively is his duty to hire a GM that is conscious what he's doing. Mat Millen is a foul GM, yet he's doing his activity the way he thinks is great, the owner takes all the blame for this one.

ZERO.

The owner will never fire him as GM and Millen doesn't have the intelligence or dedication to team improvement to step down from his job. He has ensured that Detroit is one of the worst teams in the league.

I hear they are looking into another receiver with their 1st pick this coming draft. Never can have too many you know.

I'd say about 33% They have to lose patience sometime even though 6 wins is progress.

What I don't understand is how a Pro Bowl linebacker has done such a horrible job of building any kind of defense.

Zeeero.

Unless he punches William Clay Ford Jr. and Sr. and sexually violates a Ford Focus as a halftime show today, his job is safe.

Unfortunately.

If the Lions lose the last 4 games I think he will be sacked.

If there's a GM that needs to be replaced it's him but I don't think Ford will do it . He should have been fired years ago .
