i only have case number from experian report what sholu i do and i am not sure why i have got this ccj .

The County Court number has some letters in front of it. This gives you the name of the County Court you can then go and see them in their office and they will tell you what it is about. If you do not agree you can apply to have judment set aside on the grounds that you did not have an opportunity to defend because you did not receive the Summons. Don't mess about if you remember you do owe the money get it settled asap

First thing you need to do is add a note to your credit report saying you dispute the CCJ.
You need to investigate, does it have details of which court it was issued from?
Also Experian may have more details if you contact them.

As it is a judgemnt from the county court the best thing to do would be to try and get hold of them by phone or in person the phonebook should list where it is for you and try to find out some more details about it.

You need to contact the court which issued the judgement and apply to have it set aside on the grounds that you didn't receive the claim form.
The creditor has the right to reapply for judgement of course.
