Great words when it comes from such an inspiring people like Napoleon Bonaparte, you know that it's got to be good! It should be the way we live our life by. Great stuff i agree 100%.

Nope. Some persever and get nowhere. Victory is down to luck.

Thomas Edison called genius 1 percent inspiration and 99 percent persperation. I agree, and think Victory is the same. You've gotta have inspiration, and more than half a percent of it.

i agree with the words but the thought comes to mind that perhaps we need the wisdom to know when to persevere and in what direction. A husband who peseveres in abusing his wife may be a victor or sorts but he is still an idiot!! lol

unfortunately clo, i think it is something a lot of younger people haven't heard and don't know the meaning behind it...i have found when i am against strong odds and i keep plugging away i am victorious and the victory is so much sweeter!
