When you are going to start a work , make a plan or map in your mind that how ur going to execute the work correctly, then after finishing a part of work , match the result to Ur aspect ed plan. then u can find the difference . After finding the difference correct it immediately. Like this u can overtake this.

Relax about the mistakes. The most important thing is to get an idea down. You may be dyslexic - many clever people are. There are always lots of ways to get the work 'corrected' to please other people, spell checkers, tutors, smug friends. You could dictate your ideas and get someone else to type them up - just keep going - only your ideas come from you - so keep going!

We learn through mistakes.So don't worry too much.But once a mistake is done be careful not to repeat it.
Ask for God's grace and start your work.
Be confident when doing some thing.
Don't let your thinking create an inferiority complex in you .

This is due to lack of concentration. Put your 100% on work you are carrying. I am giving you three simple techniques for improving your concentration:
1. make a black round spot of size 25 paisa coin on white paper. paste it on wall at a ht. so that it is parallel to your head. sit at a distance of 4 feet and keep watching it without blinking for 10 minutes daily with empty stomach. OR
2. light a candle and concentrate on flame without blinking for 10 minutes daily. OR
3. close your eyes , sit comfortably o ground or on chair. watch your natural flow of breath(inhaling and exhaling) without any extra effort for 15 minutes daily wih empty stomach.
This will certainly help you to overcome the problem.
