Okay, so when you have just one baby and the head is out, the body just kinda slides out with not much effort, so this leaves me wondering, with twins, does the second baby slide out without effort or is there pushing still involved?

You do still have to push, but thanks to the first baby, the way has been paved. It'll be easier. My friend just had twins and the second FLEW out! Two minutes of pushing versus over an hour with the first one.

I'm sorry but I'm picturing the second baby coming out with a top hat and a cane and doing a dance to outdo the first one.

Of course you have to push the baby out. He can't do it himself.

Bad news, there is still pushing involved, though not as much because a lot of the stretching has been done..

surely you would have to push the baby out aswell....because the skin would need to be opened again?
