There is no escape from me, every where I go there I am.
Yes, to your question, I have felt such and done such in my life
time, But it is an illusion to think running away ends it, I don't
think it ever does, you have to face what ever it is to resolve it, or it ends up as wreckage of the past, one has to face sooner or later, be it within or out side of you.

I know what you mean but you can not run away from yourself - things have either got to be faced or forgotten.
These moments usually turn out to be not worth the worry anyway. It's not really a bad world but you have to face it head on. Good luck though.

I have tried running away from situations many times and realised that you can't run away from yourself. If you want to change situations you may have to change yourself then the situations may change. Look at your values, attitudes and priorities. You may have them wrong?

Lots of times, especially when the kids are getting me down, but I've never actually done it. when they are all dropped off at school, I come back home take deep breaths relax and try to over-ride it. If that don't work I will go for a quiet walk in the park and try to calm down.

Yes, from a situation, sometimes you feel very cornered when some situation arises wherein one doesn't know what to do to solve such situation.
