ANOTHER SELF RIGHTEOUS, SELF APPOINTED JUDGE, IN THE COURT OF BIAS OPINION.

BARRY BONDS ADMITTED TO USING THE CLEAR & CREAM IN FEDERAL COURT.

THIS INFORMATION WAS SUPPOSED BE "CONFIDENTIAL" ALONG WITH OTHER MLB PLAYERS.

NOTE: A HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE 2000 NO CHAIN OF CUSTODY REGARDING THE URINE SAMPLE IS NOT A GOOD CASE.

GO TO ESPN ON "THE LACK OF CHAIN OF CUSTODY"

NOTE: MLB, MLB OWNERS & THE MLB PLAYERS UNION, HAD NO PED POLICY IN 2000, THE AGREED UPON POLICY BETWEEN THE 3 ENTITY'S HAPPENED IN 2003 AND ANYTHING BEYOND 2003 IS NOT RETROACTIVE...PERIOD

I SAID "THE MLB PED POLICY IS NOT RETROACTIVE" AND HE DID CONFESS TO USING THE CLEAR & CREAM. WHICH AT THE TIME WAS NOT AGAINST MLB, MLB OWNERS & THE MLB PLAYERS UNION.

YOU MUST BE CAUGHT DURING 2003 TIL THE PRESENT...GOT IT

JOSE GUILLEN WAS CAUGHT DURING THE AGREED UPON POLICY, BUYING & USING STEROIDS, HGH & TESTOSTERONE.

JOSE GUILLEN WILL BE SUSPENDED FOR ONLY (15) DAYS AN WAS AWARDED A 3 YEAR 36 MILLION $$ MLB CONTRACT, WITH THE OWNER KNOWING FULL WELL ABOUT HIS PENDING STEROID SUSPENSION !!

JAY GIBBONS ALSO WAS SUSPENDED (15) DAYS FOR THE SAME STEROID, HGH USAGE.

NO PUBLIC CONDEMNATION OR OUT CRY TO BANNISH HIM, ASTERISK HIS RECORDS, NOTHING.

NOTE; WAIT TIL THE MITCHELL REPORT THIS WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY.

LETS SEE YOU ROGER CLEMENS APOLOGIST SQUIRM & EXCUSE.

JASON AND JEREMY GIAMBI, GARY SHEFFIELD, WHO ALSO ADMITTED TO USING (PEDS) YET BARRY BONDS IS THE PERSON ON TRIAL ?

THE ATTORNEY WHO LEAKED THIS INFORMATION IS NOW DOING FEDERAL TIME IN PRISON.

RAPHAEL PALMEIRO, UNDER OATH SAID EMPHATICALLY... "I'VE NEVER EVER, USED STEROIDS, PERIOD" 2 WEEK LATER, HE FAILED HIS STEROID TEST AND WAS SUSPENDED.

WAS RAPHAEL PALMEIRO SENT TO FEDERAL PRISON, FOR LYING UNDER OATH ?

DO YOU HEAR ANY PUBLIC OUT CRY TO BAN, ASTERISK OR SHUN HIM FROM THE MLB HALL OF FAME ?

NOOOOO

MARK MCGWIRE ALSO BASICALLY PLEAD THE 5TH AND HAS NOT BEEN VOTED INTO THE HALL. YET NO PUBLIC OUT CRY TO UNSEAT MCGWIRE'S RECORDS. HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE STILL IN THE MLB HALL OF FAME..

THE GREAT MLB HYPOCRITES, ALWAYS CONVIENTLY OVERT THEIR EYES WHEN THE TRUTH STARES THEM IN THE FACE.

My opinion on Barry Bonds is the same and that is that he is an arrogant liar. The problem with this whole steroid era in baseball is that Major League Baseball didn't have a problem with it and neither did the media when all the home runs were being blasted out of the ballparks.
MLB was basking in the glory of the home run chase and all the fans that were flocking to the ballpark and buying up all that merchandise. The media (ESPN) was showing the chase and all these mammoth home runs being hit every night. It didn't matter if you struck out 200 times and hit .200 if you were hitting 50 home runs a year (Andruw Jones). And the players certainly didn't care because they could have one good year and get a $50 million free agent contract somewhere (Brady Anderson). And we, the fans didn't care because we loved to watch those home runs too. That's why we go to the games.
The one person who was screwed in this whole ordeal is Roger Maris. He finally got some recognition through the McGwire/Sosa home run chase, although years after his death, but they ended up taking his record through performance enhancing drugs and tainting a real record. Major League Baseball, the Media, and all of these juice boys need to step up and apologize to the Maris family for stealing away his record.

I crack up listening to these clowns when they seem to be "Mr. Baseball" and by upholding some kind of made up "code" to accuse Barry Bonds of tarnishing or disgracing that sport, even though they don't know anything about Barry's current case..... For heaven's sake, he's on trial for lying, and who's never done that in their lives?

I don't think baseball is tarnished or disgraced except for those fans that insist on badmouthing and accusing one person for over 30+ plus player's crimes..... This "holier than thou" attitude is getting old and the fake baseball fans think that they can pass judgement on Barry and make themselves look like they're defending the sport when there's totally nothing wrong with it!

Some of you are very uninformed.

Bonds would only be in because he is the single season and career leader in HR, and isn't a sure thing? Are you kidding me? He's one of the best all-around players EVER, if not THE best.

Mark McGwire didn't have any records taken away because of steroids. He was passed by Bonds as the single season leader.

Where are you people getting these thoughts from?

I certainly hope not BUT because baseball like other professional sports are tainted... he eventually will be in the Hall of Fame. I hope there is a huge asterisk next to his records though. I doubt he'll be found not guilty either. He won't end up in jail either...

Look at Pete Rose- he was banned ..lets do the same to Bonds!

If he is found not guilty then he has got a chance just because he is the single season home run record holder, and the home run king. but he is still not a sure in. But if he is found guilty then you can forget it the elders in the great sport will never vote him in (just look at pete rose)

eventually he will and it will be a travesty to everyone that is in there. he knows he did it, he knows that he lied, he knows that he is guilty of the charges, and the trial will turn out to be another o.j. simpson debacle. the only way that he will not make it is if the commish grows some balls and strikes his records from the books for what he did.

I think his biggest crime is one he's not being charged with and that's stealing the home run title from the "man" who earned it honestly Hank Aaron . I think that no matter what, Bonds will be remembered as a lying cheating @sshole .

He might. But I think he has muddied up baseball too much with his ilk. He is tarnishing a beautiful game, and doesn't deserve to be in the HOF.
