They need to be wideish to accommodate a bunion. They're for a woman but sensible style rather than outlandish would be best. In the UK, by the way. Thank you.

Try Foot Smart. I'm a diabetic and have a wide foot. They are a little expensive, but I have bought my shoes from them for years. They are well made with a good arch support.

Nice to hear from the UK. My ancestors in my fathers line are from the UK.

Great grandfather was a Hatter and sailed to America in 1865. Some of the birth-dates I have go back to 1752.

Great grandfather was born in Winchester, Hampshire, Eng.
Great grandmother was born in Southampton, Hampshire Eng.

I have info. on the GGG's some were born in Brown Candover
and one was born in Chilton

I am half English, my mother side are Irish, Scott's Irish,Welsh, and Cherokee. I'm quite a mix.

Thank you for the question and "Merry Christmas"

Try www.hotter.com

They have really stylish good quality comfortable wide fitting (size EE) shoes with padded soles. There are plenty of nice styles to choose from in their catalogue which are low-heeled and not old-ladyish. I have bought a couple of pairs from them and am well satisfied.

They are in the UK

Yes. Cosyfeet in Street, Somerset, are a marvellous company specialising in this sort of thing. Also Widerfit Shoes in Northampton:

Both do mail order and have both on-line and paper catalogues. You won't be disappointed
