i have been off for 3 weeks and have been having weak cramps in my stomach, i have had a test and its neg but i dont understand......

I was surprised, but I went back to normal shortly after stopping the pill. I got my first normal period almost exactly 4 weeks after stopping the pill.
The cramps might be happening as your body is adjusting to being off the pill or they could mean your period will be starting soon as when you're on the pill you have lighter periods and less cramps. If you're not sure or you don't get it soon, talk to your doctor..

It can take up to 3 months for the period to go back to normal after being off the pill. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
