I have resigned with immediate effect before a disciplinary and they never suspended me. They have refused my resignation yet I had already accepted another job. My new employer are now seeking references and they have asked for HR in my most recent employer. I have one good reference but I think this will be bad will the new employer reject me if i get one bad reference and one good one?

As I understand your question, you attempted to avoid disciplinary action by resigning before the hearing. If I were the new employer, that action would damage your chances more than the bad reference.

You say you have accepted a new job, but the new employer is now seeking references. That is strange. Normally references would be contacted BEFORE the job offer was made. Until the offer is made, you CAN'T accept the job. (There is not job to accept before the offer.)

Natually and obviously, this will surely jeopardize your work reputation and condition..by the way, you didnt tell me what you ahve done to have that case of disciplinary action..otherwise I could have suggested you to tell the truth to your new employer, but ti guess you are still safe because you were enver suspended from your old job.unless the HR will take back on you this time and as a reference they would mention it in the paper or letter...........and even if you leave this new employer for the same fear then this will just go on and on from one employer to the other..face your fear....confront the truth and save yourself....speak the truth and you will really be set free.this is like a ghost haunting you now.......high time to unveil and if they really need you and you are most qualified, they will hire you and give you another chance but maybe with a probationary position, but at least this will serve as alesson for you already and this time you will be more responsible and cautious.. got it? good luck!

truthfully!! My canines do truly foul farts, easily each dogs i've got ever been close to that has farted has smelled truly undesirable. extra often than not i think of they do quiet farts, i've got under no circumstances heard a noisy one and that i dont think of the intensity of scent has something to do with the size of the dogs. i've got had a German Sheperd, a Border Collie, a Kelpie, a Maltese, a Shih Tzu and a Dachsund, all of them do quiet yet pungent farts. Oh, they have all had diverse diets too. additionally I labored for and have been in touch with for the RSPCA for 18 years heard many diverse canines do their company. under no circumstances heard a cat, yet I easily have smelt it! All animals do it, the comparable as us - if it has a bowel, it will fart. desire that helps.
