Yes,
Fish are social creatures! If one of them dies at least you won't have no fish.. Think about this, would you like it living in a tank all alone? I would'nt like it.
Hope this helps. x

No, a 2 gallon fish tank isn't stable for 2 fish, extraordinarily if one is a goldfish. Goldfish improve quite super and are quite messy and you will possibly choose a lots extra suitable tank. a million. way too small for especially lots something, I even have heard african dwarf frogs desires a million gallon in line with frog so perhaps some frogs, perhaps some ghost shrimp, and perhaps one ghost catfish, no goldfish (and that's frogs OR shrimp OR one catfish). 2. For a 2 gallon it may well be low-fee yet a waste of you cash, get a minimum of a 5 gallon and it provide you with some different recommendations, 10 gallons is a desirable starter length tank and you may often get a equipment with easy and filter out for a stable deal. With 10 gallons your recommendations open up much extra. 3. What you feed them relies upon on the fish. maximum fish consume flakes, some consume pellets, some consume frozen or freeze dried. 4. Tropical fish - I save all my tanks approximately eighty levels 5. cleansing the tank desires to be carried out weekly with a minimum of a 25% water substitute and as quickly as a month I vacuum my gravel too, even with a filter out. A filter out is needed even with the undeniable fact that. A lamp would not be a desirable thank you to maintain the water heat, you go with an aquarium heater and thermometer. A lamp might reason too many fluctuations interior the temp and can desire to rigidity and kill the fish, or reason illnesses like ich.

you mean "are two goldfish better than one?"?
it depends actually.
if you have a small aquarium, one fish is definitely better so that they do not compete with the available oxygen in the aquarium.
if you have a bigger aquarium, you could have as many fish as you like. but there is danger though that the oxygen in the tank might be consumed faster than it is replaced. if this happens, you might as well use an aerator to facilitate exygenation in the tank.
having only one fish may make this fish sad. on the other hand, too many fish may initiate hostility among the fish due to overcrowding,
