after marriage I understand that in my husbands house in room where i started my married life is not mine & that room is of my smallest brother in law so what shall i do on this ? isn"t it it is fraud with me?

Unless ya'll are just renting from your Brother in Law, why would it be his house? If you and your husband bought the House "together" it is Both of yours. Now my understanding is, If your husband Owned the house "before" you married, it is not community property.

I don't understand the question. Are you married? If you're married then it isn't "your husbands" house, but both of yours. If you're divorced, why are you still living in the same house as your husband?

That's life! it just the beginning of a marriage life. Later you will have your own, just helping each other to have a better life. we also start with that situation. And now we live in our own with our kids, Have FATE!

Husband room is your room, why do u want seperate room, when u r married to him.
