If I have to buy something like hemorrhoid cream or whatever I just make sure I buy it at the grocery store and mix it in with a bunch of regular purchases, and then make sure I go to a middle aged woman cashier. I just remembered when we had water bugs and an exterminator said just go buy the "Large Roach Hotels." I had to drive to the next county to an unfamiliar Target store to buy those, and I wore a disguise.
