There seems to be so much controversy about this film and was wondering if anyone has seen it?

I asked basically the same question a while back. My question was: Are You Going To Take Your Children To See The Movie Golden Compass?
My opinion held that Golden Compass, creates a parallel world where human souls take the form of animal companions. I advise parents not to take their children to see the film, and certainly not to buy them the books. The danger is that parents will not realize, from the film, what Pullman is promoting. Pullman's trilogy shows a world where there is no God. The problem is that kids may see the film and ask their parents for the books, the trilogy of books, especially the third volume, promotes atheism and denigrates Christianity. This is central to the plot. I would spread the word for parents to not let their children see this film.

i was waiting to see this film and when i saw it, it sucked big time.

daniel craig was hardly featured, so was nicole kidman. they hardly had their lines.

the storyline is cheap.

the movie was having its climax, after a very dragging and boring part, and then suddenly the credits were coming out.

wtf! this movie is implying, clearer than daylight, that a second part will be coming or that the remaining majority of the story will be told in it.

don't watch it. reviews say it's good, which i was so excited to watch, but trust me, it is not. they say narnia 2 is better than this.

i was deeply disappointed. lol.

they are not attempting to kill God they are attempting to split the youngsters and their "souls" (that's portrayed as animals) up so as that they are in a position to strengthen up swifter because of the fact i assume their souls are attracting a particle that their equivalence of a church (forgot what its referred to as) is making an attempt to assert it does not exist so as that they don't lose administration...that is not a God hating action picture, it replaced into only written by potential of an atheist author (curiously) AND! i for my section recommend to not enable the infants pass see it, here the theatres pronounced that is "not cautioned For youthful babies" =)

I saw it and took it as nothing more than a fantasy film. It didn't "sway my beliefs" whatsoever, nor did I think it's intention was to promote atheism.

I would never watch this movie. This is a trilogy that is supposed to compete with the Lord of the Rings. I am sorry but supposedly in the third installment of this movie someone is supposedly supposed to kill god. I am sorry but I will not watch this movie. DONT WATCH IT!!!
