Liberalism is sitting on your can, and running your mouth about things that you don't understand, because you live in your own little dream world. Oh yea, and They know how to fix everything, as long as the other guy pays for it.

If by "evaluate" you mean "define", then you have asked an interesting question. If you instead mean "what is your opinion of liberalism?", then one first must define it.

liberalism is like the common cold. you really cant eliminate it as its too common in society, but has the same effect of hampering healthy function of society and costing people lots of money needlessly. its also just as unwanted by people who understand its dangers and contagious for people who dont.

I measure by the amount of money they think I should give up to support them, how far they can degrade society, and how willing they are to destroy the United States.

We HAVE to be tolerant of EVERYTHING the liberal thinks, says, does or believes. But, God help us if we think, say, do or believe differently.
