lol

Yeah, I am guilty of it. I always thought that is what they were for. To pig out on as much food as possible for one flat rate. There is this one place we love. It is called the old country buffet. Man, that place has really good food for a buffet. The food is always hot and fresh and very crowded.

I've seen some tv programs on this. Clinical studies have shown that some people tend to eat more just because they can. I've talked to friends while eating at the buffet and alot of them eat alot just so they can say they have gotten their money's worth out of it.:)

Not usually, but there is this one chinese buffet I went to and the food was so good I stuffed myself, threw up and went back for more.

No, I don't, because the food generally isn't that good. (In restaurants, I mean.)

Of course, I live in college dorms, so most of my food is served buffet style. It's pretty good, but I don't overeat.

yes, that's the point of a buffet, to stuff your face on a low budget.
