It is easier for some. For others, it takes more work.
Drawing, and other artistic skills can be taught, but it requires a skilled teacher, and the willingness of someone to learn and practice the skills.
Even naturally talented artists need to keep up their practice.

No. The ambition and interest in creativity does. It is best to start at an early age, but with the right motivation it could be learned at later ages. To become a good artist takes much practice and imagination.

I think that a person can learn, by attending art classes etc.
But natural talent thrives in a drawing or sketch or whatever

To be honest, I have never known anyone who was an artist, that wasn't naturally gifted. I HAVE met people that THOUGHT they were artistic, and really didn't have a clue. It all shows in the end.

natural talent is always helpful. And it is probably natural talent that makes one interested in art to begin with. But of course, you can be trained to be good at art. It requires a lot of patience and practice though. But with genuine interest and practice, who knows what creations you will come up with.

I think you can be taught basic art but that something extra that use of colour and form is born into the artist ~~
