I've never tipped a waiter/waitress (it is not done in Australia). I have though put money in the coin jar if I have received good service and yummy food!

No, not really. I tip on service. I am, however, a waitress and I can confidently say that I generally get much better tips from men than I do from women.

Nah, but we do sometimes leave them interesting notes on fruits XDD you should've seen all the waiters and waitresses gathered around our table after the 8th grade formal, they were cracking up.

Nope. Now that I'm older and married, I tip on service. When I was younger and single, I would tip guys quite well - and write my phone number on a $10.

I might but I don't think so , I really try and look at the service that I receive but now that you ask I will definitely take a closer look .
It should be even and based on service that's for sure.

No. Regardless of the server's sex I tip according to how efficient/helpful/polite they are.
I don't think I gave guy servers a bigger tip when I was single, eitther.

No. I usually tip someone better if they're nice and they do a good job. Jerks of both genders get nothing.
