I had a website developed for me which I plan to launch soon. I filed the paperwork to create a (single owner) LLC in my state, and I want the LLC to own the website. What needs to happen to make sure the LLC (and not me personally) officially "owns" the website. Is there an equivilent of a "title" or "deed" to a website which needs to transfer? Also, is it a good idea to obtain a copyright and/ or trademark for the site before I launch? Any lawyers out there to provide ( non-binding, informational-purpose only) advice? :-) Thanks in advance!

Register the website with the Copyright Office in order that it will be protected under the law.
