Memory Clock 540
Core Clock 1400

is thats wif da ddr3 or not.. so if its not will it become 540 X 3 and 1400 X3

That's standard clocks of the 8600GT. 540mHz is the clock speed of the GPU core and NOT a basic clock that you multiply to get memory clock. The actual clock of the memory is 700mHz but since it is dual data rate, effective clock speed is 1400mHz.

hmm.. what is the manufacturer of the card?

i recently got the GALAXY 8600gt overclocked
its 600mhz/1400mhz, and its also ddr 3

so it really depends on the manufacturer though MOST 8600gt
will be ddr3 .
