If there is an ideal weight, mine is likely 220 and I currently weight 620. Try eating more, gradually increasing over time.

Skinny and wish I was heavier too. I weigh 108 and I am 5-7 so yeah, I need some weight on me and I eat all the time, I just can't gain weight. My ideal weight would be 120.

Thick...not fat not skinny....I have a Beyonce type body. Very curvy but not curves from fat.lol I'm just perfect if you ask me..and my boyfriend.
Maybe you could eat more good fats. Like oils..nuts..avocodos. Things like that will help you put on a few pounds and still be healthy while doing it. If you eat like a dinosaur you probably just have a fast metabolism and your fine. Some people are supposed to be stick thin...you are most likely one of those people. Be grateful...people like you almost never have to worry about the health problems that go with being obese.

i'm fat and so is my hubby (he was medium no longer too fat and not too skinny) and he loves me merely the way i'm. i might fairly have a fat husband than a skinny narrow bony finding guy. i want to verify some meat on those bones.

hum. I'm 175. And who gives a crap about my weight. I've been this weight for ten years. I wish I was more like 145. I don't think I would like to be real skinny. =)
As for the advice you are asking for. Eat carbs. Bread, fruits, pasta, in abundance. Just not too much. Gain weight healthily. Go to a doctor and have him put you on a plan. I think drinking those nutrition drinks along with meals are good for gaining weight too. I drank them for a month when I got sick and couldn't eat, and they nourished me. They're loaded with carbs and vitamines and minerals.

I'm 5'11' and I wear size 6 jeans but I'm 180 pounds! It's insane, people think I'm about 50 pounds lighter then I actually am. I have a lot of muscle though. Drink some protein shakes, they are high in calories and will help you get more muscle mass.

5'10, 172, 38 yo. Met Life says I am fat, but I am fit, strong and happy and love my body and I have never gotten any complaints. Honestly though, when I quit smoking (long time ago) I got up to 220#. I LOVED my body then. I felt so feminine and I got way more dates then than now, my natural weight though is 168-172 so I just have to work with what I have, and you should do the same.

Well, I'm 5'1" and weigh about 130 pounds so that makes me overweight. If you want to gain weight get married and have a couple of kids. If that doesn't work get on your knees and thank God!

I am 5'11 and i weigh 184 lbs. I am fairly broad shouldered and have a small beer belly. So i would put myself at less fat than the average American but not skinny.
