Mascara,eyeliner. maybe some eyeshadow. COLOR! Just have fun with the makeup.But you dont have to have a lot of makeup to be pretty. filipina's are already [im latina/filipina!!]

Wear the beautiful brown green contact lenses. The green will complement your eyes. Lighten your hair a bit . Ask your hairdresser.

i always thought that people with brown eyes were lucky bc they can where darker eyeshadow....dark is good for dark eyes.
my husband says to put a knife behind your eye and pop 'em out....he was being silly! lol
