Both movies are good, but I like Psycho better.

Rear Window. Psycho got to "psychiatric" for me at the end. All those transvestite theories and what not. Detracted from the film I thought. Plus Rear Window had Grace Kelly looking SUPER fine.

My POV Rear Window. Much more of a psycho thriller than Pscho.

Psycho...Anthony Perkins played Norman Bates exceptionally well----------he really looked like a crazed person-all in the eyes:)

Honestly, it depends on whether you prefer your voyeurism first or second-hand.
"RW" is a treatise about voyeurism -- of course with the multi-dimensional view that made Hitchcock so great. "Psycho" places the audience in the role of the voyeur, so that we experience the thrill and terror for ourselves.
