I mean the University of Hawaii goes out and plays their heart out at football, and they win! They have a Heisman Finalist Quarterback (true he didn't win it) and a hell of a football team. Now at the upcoming Sugar Bowl, I am predicting Hawaii will defeat Georgia "Didn't go to the SEC Championship Game" Bulldogs.
So come on! Give the University of Hawaii some love! its not their fault so many teams are too chicken to play them. Am I right?

Much ALOHA going out to UH Warriors!!!
I give them so much credit with all the slack they have been receiving from others who didnt believe in them.
-Undefeated 12-0
-WAC Champions
-Heisman Finalist
-Sugar Bowl Bound
-Best Haka & Showmanship!!
With all these acheivements, there is no doubt in our local hearts why we love them soo much!
Some say that they were undefeated because of the teams they've been playing were "cup cakes" and because these "Big Programs" is an inconvenience to them to travel to Hawai'i..."WHAT A BUNCH OF LAME EXCUSES!!!" This is where you seperate Men from Boys. Our Warrior MEN, traveled to play football with the season teams they went up against. They dealt with jet lag, time difference, & weather. NO EXCUSES HERE cause everyone know they brought back to Hawai'i VICTORY!
So here's some love to Hawaii **Muah** and here's my other love to those who doesn't "believe" **sticks mid-finger up**

They have performed well against teams who are their equals and some of who are of higher caliber. They have proven themselves among their peers and that's what really counts.I have been a Warrior fan for 27 years and I have remained very, very loyal.Colt was a finalist for the Heisman and that's an honor you earn, not buy yourself into. It's pretty obvious that 600+ voters felt he was worthy.Call him a system QB it doesn't mean a thing to me.All football programs have a system what matters is that a coach and his QB can make it work.I guess Colt and June Jones know the secret to their systems success. You know I'm tired of people taking cheap shots at ANY college program that produces prime athletes and creates a team that works hard and is successful.I,for one, will always love The Warriors and respect all college programs in the U.S.

No, you are not right but I love the Rainbows anyway. They are without a doubt the best off-shore college football team in America and I truly believe that Colt and the girls can beat any powder-puff team in the land. Except maybe Michigan's.
I eagerly await the Rainbows trip to the Swamp next year and their match-up with the very deserving '07 Heisman winner. I'm sure that JJ's derogatory comments about TT will make nice bulletin board material for the Gators.

All through the International Marketplace you will find them, I'm sure you have seen the T-shirt bins that say 7 shirts for $20.00...just last week I bought not only the "Hawaii HI" t-shirt (my 15 year old son wore it to school this morning), but "Hawaii 09", "Woody's Longboard", Waikiki Beach 09" etc....look in all the bins, I GUARANTEE you will find what you are looking for! Aloha!

I'll give them SOME love for going undefeated. It's not easy to do that, but considering the teams they played, they had it easier than EVERY other team in the country. They won some close games to some bad teams. Georgia is on fire as of late, but that SEC speed and Knowshon Moreno are gonna run ALL OVER Hawaii in this game.

Hawaii gets my respect. Georgia will be a true test, and if Hawaii does beat them, they should get the respect of the whole nation.Even if they keep it close they should get more respect. Colt Brennan is a great QB as well.

I think that the teams in the Sugar bowl are the exact two teams that should be playing in the national championship game...At least we'll get to see this one played.

Hawaii is never going to be a big time program becuase they are in Hawaii, and big programs do not want to have to travel to Hawaii during the season. I do not believe toom many teams are scared of them, just the inconvenience of travelling. That is also why Alska will never have a big time program.
