My daughter needs to know the name of the fish with the big head that looks like a brain. She thinks they are called brainiacs but we can't find anything on them. name of fish with links to information/pictures about them would be very useful!! Thanks

I think what your daughter is referring to is Oranda Goldfish. These type of fancy goldfish require a 30g tank. If you get more than one, you will have to expand the 30g tank's size by an additional 10g for each other goldfish.

Most likely an oranda goldfish she's talking about. The head growth is actually called a wen. Here's a link, scroll down a bit, there's actually a few varieties that can grow wens:

Are you talking about Orandas? They are a type of Fancy Goldfish that come in many different colors...
