i have xfx nvidia 7300gs g card.. its a 256mb supporting 512mb. Now wht the hell does this supporting 512 mb means ???

Your card supports Turbocache memory. It has 256mb onboard memory but capable of sharing up to 256mb more from system RAM depending on the needs of the 3D program (game) you are running.

That means there is 256mb of GDDR built in, but that it "supports" up to 256 more by using the RAM in your computer. It uses "up to" that because it will only use so much depending on how much ram you have (so as not to completely take all of it).

The 9500 isn't a superb card. you would be working those video games on lowest - medium consistent with possibility. i could definately pass with a 9800 or 8800 in case you would be desirous to play those video games.
