Is cyprus bedding safe for reptiles???

Yes, it's safe and holds humidity well. Cedar and pine are the ones to avoid.

I use cypress mulch for my high humidity Rainbows. Ideally, it is recommended to feed the animal in a separate container so no bedding can be ingested. It is easy (but a bit messy) to scoop out with a dustpan. For my average humidity snakes I use shredded aspen. Make sure you don't use pine/cedar or any mulch for bedding that contains chemicals like fertilizer.

If you must use wood, I would recommend aspen. I have had many bad experiences using wood. I prefer to use news paper or astro turf or reptile carpeting or the combation of the two. Here is link to a site to where you can order some.

Cypress is acceptable for use as bedding. I use it primarily for my arboreal snakes as it holds humidity well without getting moldy. I use aspen for all other species.
