If they didn't treat you well, that was the thing you could have done least. forget about it, they deserve it.

Yes, you should feel guilty but the very fact that you are acknowledging it is good for you. Bad memories etc everything bad is just like our rubbish bin; just whoosh it and throw it away every day. Will understand it if you do not wish to admit to the person(s) concerned, but well, live a better life from now on and look towards the brighter side of life.

Oh what a tangled web we weave whenever went try to decieve.
You should feel foolish. Not only for the evil you've done to others but the harm you've done to yourself.
“People think that a liar gains a victory over his victim. What I’ve learned is that a lie is an act of self-abdication, because one surrenders one’s reality to the person to whom one lies, making that person one’s master, condemning oneself from then on to faking the sort of reality that person’s view requires to be faked. And if one gains the immediate purpose of the lie---the price one pays is the destruction of that which the gain was intended to serve.”

Do you want justifications to reasons why you should NOT feel guilty? Why are you posting this question... you obviously did something wrong and immoral. You are no better than the people who didn't treat you well, fess up to your actions. Confess or not, move on it is all about learning...
Guilt is natural, we all do these things.

Yes, that is wrong my dear. But you cannot undone what has been done. Try not to make the same mistake again. Life is a learning experience. Everyone else including me sometimes makes a mistake like that.

Yes. that was a wrong thing to do.
Then again, I'm sure you already knew that since you're asking this question.
