liking someone a lot or liking their style

"I'm feeling you", or "it" basically means "I like" a person, place or thing. It also implies a wider scope of meaning than just liking someone or something. It means I understand it or you and I like it or you because I understand.

An good example of the use of this phrase is when a reporter was interviewing Oprah Winfry and asked who Oprah likes among the Presidential candidates she replied," I'm feeling Obama." meaning she likes Obama for president.

Another meaning implies simply a physical attraction.
