Saying "I'm sorry" and admitting our mistakes means maturity and integrity of character

Yes. State the action or words you"re sorry for with sincerest tone of voice.... State brief reason why you did or said that instead of THINKING first....Then shrug your shoulders with true remorse in your eyes.... If you"re lucky the person will smile and nod rather than giving a dirty look and walking away from you.

Saying - and meaning it!- 'I'm sorry" needs strength and integrity.
Saying it just to sound politically correct, it is useless.
I can't say if it is easy for me. I can only say that when I feel I am wrong, I definitely say it. It liberates me in a way.

Only because i don't have a huge ego. It's soooo much easier to say those two little words, right away, rather than letting things fester and having irritation grow into the loss of friendship or trust.

Yes, if I know I did something wrong I have no trouble admitting it, and saying sorry.
And sometimes I apologize even when I shouldn't be the one apologizing, just so the other person will shut up.

I have no problems with saying I am sorry!!!!

I think it makes you a better person to admit that you did something wrong and that you apologize for it!!!!

I am so sick of that word. People say it too easily these days. If I am wrong about something, I admit my mistake and apologize, but I don't say "I'm sorry."

It's too easy. I say it so much that it almost irritates people, even people who love me and are very patient. All I can say to them at that point is... I'm sorry, but I have to not say it. :) Quite ironic, isn't it. :)
