Does anybody know what would happen to you if you found out you had drinken a lot of water with a high pH level?

Pretty much nothing. I was surprised when I found out that although we have myriads of regulations and recommendations for water in the US, there is none on pH. I work in Des Moines where the tap water is often in the 9.0 - 9.5 range.

As Tim noted, not much at the relatively high level of pH 9.5. I suspect this is calcium/ alkalinity issue, and while the water might taste ok, taking a bath or doing laundry with it would be a chore unless you slipped an ion-exchanger into the household system.

no because the the h2o has a pH of 7 and if it goes up to 9.0 or higher than its bad they did some test on mice and nothing happens to mice who drink the 7 water but mice who drink more basic water start to faint and become nausea.
