Sometimes, the struggles we go through in life, are the things that give us strength...They can majorly defistating, and sometimes require professional help or meds.....But with those, they can be dealt with. For those who continue to be sad, and don't seek help or medication, they often resort to the extremes, including suicide.....If you are having any of these thoughts, please see someone for some help, as there is no shame in seeking help...it is actually a sign of strength that you do!!!

Whatever the situation, it could always be worse by adding some more adversity. Everything makes you sad... AND, you stubbed your toe. Then, to top it all off, there's a sticky residue of strawberry jelly on your computer mouse.
We're not even approaching brain cancer yet.

This is going to sound harsh - but it may be what you need to read. Stop obsessing over the melancholy and rejoin reality. If you look at the plights of those less fortunate than yourself, whatever issues you have won't seem nearly as important.

I know what you mean.
All my music , videos etc etc remind me of a guy that I've shared them with. So, it's like I can't even listen to my own music to make me feel better.

Have faith... it can only get better...

Also, life is what you make of it... you choose to be sad all the time, then you're going to be. Don't choose that.
