vulnerability is a human response. it is scary because that is the area where you can get hurt easily. we are all vulnerable in some area, no matter how 'tough' one seems to be. I even have a vulnerable 'spot'. I dont like to talk about it because it makes me feel vulnerable. it is just stuff we have to get past. very understandable that it scares you. I dont know what it is that makes you feel vulnerable. thats okay, you do not have to share it. find out what it is and try to 'confront' it. good luck with that.

What do you think is making you feel vulnerable?

this is a vague description.

figure out what specifically you feel vulnerable about. only then can you target these areas and then either make those areas stronger or view the reality that they're not as weak as you think.

your true strength is your ability to pay attention to vulnerable areas and then work on them. so, in essence, this makes you a stronger person than you think.

maybe you aren't vulnerable. sometimes your feelings are wrong. don't be scared(nothing bad has happened) just be more cautious.
