Saltines, anything with ginger in it, candy canes or any peppermint candy. Make sure you are eating every 2-3 hours, even if it just a snack. And also, eat crackers before you go to bed and right when you wake up.
If it gets worse and nothing is seeming to help you can always ask your doctor to give you something for it. Good luck.

Next Dr visit tell them about your nausea, for right now try dry crackers one at a time with some water to sip. Lie on your left side, always try to lay on your left side when possible lessens the chance of disruptive blood flow to the fetus

Ginger Ale or fresh ginger (can find in the produce section of most grocery stores)
Flat soda
Something with carbs, but not a lot of fat or grease - crackers, toast, etc. One woman I knew said cheetos did the trick for her.
Try motion sickness bracelets that you can find at any major pharmacy (Walgreens, CVS, etc). People wear them on a pressure point on the wrist to help with nausea related to motion sickness however they also work for pregnancy (worked for me at least).

Have you checked with your doctor yet? Depending on what type of diet you're on, you might try some saltine crackers? They generally work for an upset stomach. Vernors is also good for upset stomach, if you can handle it. The ginger in it helps. Also, room temperature cola sometimes helps. But, check with your doctor and get his/her advice. (Fluid intake is important to prevent dehydration.)

Ginger ale works ok.. i wouldn't take pepto.. when i did it didn't work at all and i'd end up throwing it up, it was extra strength too. I had popsicles, only thing i could eat. And plus if you do throw them up it's not that nasty lol. I ended up throwing up all up anyways lol, those damn sudden nausea waves suck!!!

Popsicles did it for me. My husband went to the store and bought those cheap fruit pops.
They were the only thing that soothed my nauseated stomach for months.
